Gilberto Soares was born in Porto 45 years ago. He practiced yoga for the first time at the age of 26 and has never stopped since. For him, yoga is a way of finding meaning in life that has completely revolutionized his path. In 2009 he completed the Yoga Instructor Course at the Nataraja Yoga Studies Center (Brazil).<\/p>\n

He has been sharing classes and therapies for 15 years between the north and south of Portugal, and has attended more than 20 courses in massage and Ayurveda, including Thai Massage – THAI; Master in Ayurvedic Therapy and Consultancy; Herbal Pharmacy; Reiki Master; Lymphatic Drainage; Yoga and Buddhist Meditation at the Mahabodhi International Meditation Center; Tibetan Herbal Massage & Course at Dharmshala; Meditation Instruction at Dhamma Sikhara, Meclodganj, Himachal Pradesh; Yoga at Vijnana Yoga; Yoga at Parmarth Niketan; Ayurveda at Kairali Ayurvedic Health Spa; Foot Reflexology, Geothermal Massage, Shirodhara and Spa Therapy at Elemis Spa USA.<\/p>\n

He is a resident teacher at RAIZ and gives courses, retreats and training in various areas related to Yoga, Ayurveda and Massage all over the country.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Milene Martins, from Alvalade do Sado, spends most of my days in and around Gr\u00e2ndola. I’ve always been one for challenges and although I once dreamed of becoming a nurse, it was in physiotherapy, aesthetics and cosmetology that I found myself professionally and I’ve been passionate about these areas for over 16 years.<\/div>\n

For more than a decade I’ve had the privilege of working with major brands and with different approaches to spas, massages, aesthetics, apparel, cosmetics and marketing. In the meantime, I felt it was time to create my own path and this achievement brought me great peace of mind.<\/div>\n

About two years ago, I renewed my knowledge of nails, but with a purpose, values and a greater mission: “To treat before to beautify”. A beautician\/cosmetologist since 2011, I began my academic career at the European School of Aesthetics. After graduating, I worked for about a year in a clinic in Lisbon, the Mil\u00e9nio clinic, during which time I learned how to do lymphatic drainage and post-surgical follow-up.<\/p>\n

In 2013, I returned to my hometown of Gr\u00e2ndola, where I started working as a freelancer in some rural tourism and in partnership with a therapist whose main job was massages. It was there that I developed my great passion and did a lot of training in the world of massages, face and body treatments. I visited some local beauty salons and spas, and got to know some national and international brands.<\/p>\n

In 2017 I arrived at Carla Moreira’s Hydrotherapy and Spa School, where I began my training in holistic therapies through Ayurveda. I spent a year at Homes Place in Lisbon’s Parque das Na\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

In 2018, the year I joined a major hotel, Sublime Comporta, and stayed there until 2022, five years of learning and working with major cosmetics brands and excellent spa and therapy professionals.<\/p>\n
