We understand yoga as a way of celebrating life and aligning human beings with their true nature. We work with Hatha Yoga techniques, reinforcing and accompanying the student in their process by sharing our experience.

Private Lessons
Yoga classes for visitors to Comporta. A yoga class at your home, hotel or even on the beach is sure to be an unforgettable experience.

Raiz Yoga School
Regular yoga classes for those who want to practice continuously in Grândola or Melides. We have Baby Yoga, Yoga for children, adults, seniors and pregnant women.
